Katie has been licensed in real estate since 2008. She started her career in property management in 2006, where she acquired and serviced new clients, and managed approximately 300 single family homes and increases of 300%. Katie handled owner’s properties to ensure quality tenants and income generation, and represented clients with any needed real estate transactions. She truly understands the importance of customer service and strives to exceed expectations in any business relationship.

Katie is a proactive leader with refined business intelligence and exemplary people skills. She is a quick study, with an ability to easily grasp and put into application new ideas, concepts, methods and technologies. She possesses the experience and skills to drive business growth, capitalize on new revenue potential and manage all aspects of the sales cycle. Personal & Community Interests:
Katie is enjoying life as a newlywed with her husband David and their two dogs, Max and Callie. She likes to spend time with her extended family, working on their family farm, and is always looking for new ways to improve her business through social networking and new technology. Her father is her role model and taught her the importance of hard work, always giving 110% in everything you do, and the fundamentals of being a successful business owner. Katie also likes to give back to the community and is involved with A Childs Haven, Hands on Greenville, and Project Host Soup Kitchen. She loves the opportunity to learn new ways to continue to help develop the community further.
