How Did We Do It?
We are frequently asked: How did you become the #1 Residential Agents in the Greater Greenville Market? We almost laugh when we hear that question because, when we entered the Real Estate Industry, we honestly didn’t set out to become #1 ... our objective was quite simply to provide our Buyers and Sellers with the best service possible. (To treat them the way we would want to be treated if we were buying or selling a home) We established the following standards: To always keep our client’s goals paramount in our minds ... To always tell our clients the truth, even if the truth is painful ... And to prepare ourselves, through all available training, with the knowledge & ability to handle even the “unusual” circumstances that occur in real estate.
Our primary commitments are: 1. (Productivity) To always invest our time relative to the greatest amount of production for our clients. 2. (Critical Thinking – Innovation) If an idea, concept, marketing method, system or procedure is still being handled or done the same way it has always been … RETHINK IT (Be willing to break out of the traditional Real Estate Model) and implement systems & marketing strategies that WORK. 3. Never forget that we have been entrusted to help with the purchase or sale of one of our client’s largest financial & lifestyle assets. Because of this, the client’s primary concern is RESULTS! 4. To spend the time necessary to develop a marketing and pricing strategy for each home we list that will result in a sale at the highest possible price in the time established by the client. And finally, 5. to invest in administrative staff and acquire the best possible people to assist us with the “every day” administrative items that eat up an agent’s time and just keep them busy, rather than productive.
The end result of these commitments is that our clients like “Results”, and literally 85% of our business growth has come from repeat business or referrals from satisfied clients. So, by our third year in the industry, we found ourselves ranked the # 1 Residential Agents in the entire Upstate. Because of the type of advertising many other agents practice, it’s probably important at this point to emphasize that when we say we are ranked #1, we are not talking about “# 1 in our office or # 1 in a particular area of the community, or just # 1 with Prudential” ... We outsell everyone, with every real estate company, throughout the entire Greater Greenville Market Area. Which automatically makes us # 1 with Prudential. In fact, within Prudential’s nationwide network of over 65,000 agents nationwide, we are ranked #1 in South Carolina and last year were ranked fifth (5th) in the entire nation.
We have achieved a level of performance that no one else in this market has been able to accomplish. Year after year, we have been more productive than any other agents in the Upstate. And, we’ve been able to do this while consistently maintaining a customer satisfaction rating in excess of 98%.
